You are bidding on a used Neil DM-3000 Diesel Paver.  The unit runs and moves however needs a lot of repairs.  Unit has many of bent and worn parts.  Unit should be considered non-functional and used for parts only.  Town of Franklin offers no warranty, express or implied, on this vehicle.   Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on.   Vehicle sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
