You are bidding on a 1997 Ford E-250 Van .  Vehicle was formally used to watch closed circuit cameras for municipal piping, utilities, etc.. Vehicle needs needs front end work, needs front and rear brakes as they are bad, vehicle needs new brake lines, there is rust on the frame.   Vehicle should be considered non-functional, for parts only.  Town of Franklin offers no warranty, express or implied, on this vehicle.   Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on.   Vehicle sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
