Vehicle runs however it does have electrical problems, vehicle has no rear seat. Vehicle should be considered non-functional, for parts only. Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on. Vehicle sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
