2004 Ford Crown Victoria

You are bidding on a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. Vehicle's exhaust system has completely deteriorated and disconnected from the vehicle from rust / rot,  vehicle has no key, vehicle's gas tank is leaking due to rot, vehicle needs front and rear brakes, vehicle needs both upper             A-frames , the rear end is rotted, and the suspension springs are falling out. The vehicles interior looks very good however is badly rotted. Vehicle should be considered non-functional, for parts only.  Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on.   Vehicle sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
