You are bidding on a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu. Vehicle's brake and fuel lines are leaking and are completely rotted out, the vehicle has no brakes, the vehicles motor blown, the head gasket is leading anti-freeze, there is significant rust and rot underneath the vehicle. Vehicle should be considered non-functional, for parts only. Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on. Vehicle sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied.
