Description/condition: This lot includes one Ariens 824 two-stage walk-behind snowblower (model no. 932101, serial no. 029173) and one Gravely 5265 Commercial walk-behind tractor with snow brush and snow blower attachments. These machines are untested and sold as is. They have been stored in an unheated parking garage and have not been operated in ten plus years. Items are very heavy and may be difficult to move.

Items are located at the Southeast Library, 1222 4 St. SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414. Storage location is at the bottom of a steep, narrow driveway. Garage entrance will only accommodate passenger vehicles. Commercial vehicles or trailers will have to load on the street. Please note that this is a busy area close to the University of Minnesota campus. Winning bidder will be contacted by Hennepin County staff to arrange for pick up. Prompt payment and pick up will be required.
