This auction is for approx. 769 used law books in approx. 72 boxes. A listing of the books available are attached. The books are currently located on the 2 floor of the West Wing in the public hallway. The purchaser would be required to move the boxes, using a hand truck or cart, from their current location to the West Wing entrance and down a ramp to their vehicle. Please note all the books must be picked up the same day – however it may require multiple trips to and from vehicle to load books due to the number of boxes.
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder. All books that are not removed by August 28th will be forfeited

Being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.
