Bidders must be 18 years old and be legally able to form a binding contract as a buyer. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between the Buyer and Seller. Payment is due in full within seven (7) calendar days from the date that the seller is notified of the successful bid. If payment is not made within the 7 days the seller reserves the right to pursue a legal course of action or award the sale to the second highest bidder or relist this item on Municibid. The successful bidder shall make full payment to Tinicum Township in the form of cash, a cashier’s check or a certified check. This item shall be removed from the Township property within Ten (10) calendar days of the awarded bid or the Township reserves the same rights as listed for the payment. The Board of Supervisors shall vote on whether to accept and award the highest bid, during their meeting on July 11, 2023 and the awarded bidder will be contacted by the Director the following day.
