Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller.

Winning bid is pending approval by Lower Macungie Township administration.   Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the township.
