Starting Platforms (6) used by competitive swim team. Excellent condiion. Platforms were no longer needed when the the new High School was built.
Upon winning the auction, the winning bidder must submit a signed non-collusion form to the Town prior to the receipt of the equipment, which states:
The undersigned [bidder] certifies under penalties of perjury that this bid or bid has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As used in this certification, the word "person" shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club, or other organization, entity, or group of individuals.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All sales will be made on an “as is” basis.
Items must be picked up from the Park & Rec. Dept. in West Springfield.
