Right to Accept or Reject Bids The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, for any reason, at their sole discretion. Payment Full payment is due within seven (7) calendar days of winning the item. Accepted forms of payment are: Certified Bank Check Money Order Wire Transfer Failure to remit payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the item and any deposits, at the seller’s discretion. Pickup & Removal The Winning Bidder is solely responsible for picking up the item or arranging transportation from our premises. All items must be removed within thirty (30) calendar days of the auction close date. Any loading, transportation, and removal costs are the responsibility of the Winning Bidder.
