2001 Dodge Dakota Extended Cab 4x4, approximately 130,000 miles, 3.9L V6, automatic, runs.  Some body rust.  Has current PA Inspection. Runs and drives and was in service up until auction listing.

This vehicle is being sold in as is condition. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. We recommend and welcome inspection prior to bidding.

This item is available for inspection by appointment only at 660 W. South Street, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm until February 5, 2015. Please call Joe Scalise at 610-444-6020 to schedule an appointment.

Approval of sale will be made by the Kennett Square Borough Council at their February 17, 2015 meeting. The Borough reserves the right to reject the bid at the direction of Borough Council.

All fees and taxes including but not limited to transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items must be removed from Borough property within five (5) business days of payment.
