The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of cashiers check, certified check or money order made payable to Lower Paxton Township. No cash will be accepted. Payment is due at the time of pickup. The item must be removed with in 15 working days of auction close. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Items are sold as is with all faults. Items must be picked up between the hours 8:00 am-1:00 PM Monday-Friday except legal holidays.
