This is a 4" NEPTUNE compound E-code meter that we purchused in 2004-2005. It went in to service on May 31, 2007. We only changed the meter to put in a radio read program. The meter is in very good condition. It does not come with the strainer. The original price was $2875.00. Please if any question contact mike@jerseyshorewater.com.
