Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and equipment required to remove the items.  No assistance will be provided.  All sales are final.  No refunds will be made.  Items are offered “as is, where is.”  Middletown Township makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind as to merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the items offered for sale. Items are to be removed by appointment only.  Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Items must be removed within 7 business days from the date of award.

Payment must be made prior to or in person at the of pickup by cash, certified check or money order for the full amount.

Middletown Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
