If awarded, Payment to the Borough in the full amount of the successful bid cash, cashier's check, money order or certified check shall be made within fifteen (15) days of notice from Kutztown Borough of awarding of bid. Successful bidder must remove item from Kutztown Borough Public Works Facility within 15 (fifteen) days of the awarding of the bid. Kutztown Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This vehicle is available for inspection at the Kutztown Borough, Kutztown PA Public Works Facility, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
