Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up. Delivery is not available. The Township is not responsible for the equipment once it has left the Township property.
Equipment can be picked up at the Township Building located at 3092 N. Sugan Road, Solebury, PA 18963

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form bidding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. The Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder.
