Vehicle sold "as is / as seen" no warrenty is implied or written. Sale is contingent on the vote of the Board of Selectmen and the Selectmen reserve the right to refuse any and all bids, if in the Selectmen's opinion it is in the best interest of the Town of Lyndeborough, NH.
Vehicle shall be paid for in full with cash or ceritfied bank check prior to relase of vehicle and equipment. Upon transfer of ownership the new owner assumes all liability associated with the vehicle. The vehicle shall be removed within one week of being awarded, if not, the Selectmen retain the right to award to another bidder. Advanced 48 hour notice is required for pick-up.
Vehicle is driveable, however it is not currently registered.
