2004 Chevrolet Impala Sedan with Police Package

The Borough of Myerstown, Lebanon County, is accepting bids for a 2004 Chevrolet Impala, 3.8 Ltr., V6, 4 door Sedan with police package, light bar, cage, automatic transmission, air conditioning, power steering and brakes. 130,989 miles. The automobile is being sold "as-is" and "where-is" all sales will be final upon completion of Auction. The markings have been removed. No warranties are expressed or implied. No refunds of any kind. Pick up and removal is the responsibility of the purchaser. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to placing a bid, to arrange an appointment contact the Public Works Director David Fake at 717-866-6948. The PA inspection is vaild until August 2015. All transfer fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Once bidding is final and closed, the bid will be presented to the Borough Council at their May 12, 2015 public meeting for approval. The vehicle must be removed within twenty (20) business days from the date of sale approval. The Borough of Myerstown reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 

Payment must be made prior to, or in person at the time of pickup by cash, certified check or money order for the full amount.

PA Title must be transferred to the winning bidder.
