105,567 Miles. Automatic transmission is operable, 2 wheel drive. Interior: Black Cloth front seat, black vinyl rear, there is minor damage to seats (torn). Stock AM/FM radio, AC condition unknown as blower motor is removed, dual air bags, tilt steering, remote mirrors and power windows, door locks,steering, and seats.

Exterior is white and tire condition is low. The paint is peeling on roof, trunk, rear upper quarter, and there is a utility spotlight and prisoner cage. Decals have been sprayed and emergency equipment has been removed, there are holes in the exterior from the emergency equipment.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services.  (Seller) makes no warranty,  guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Accepted method of payment is Certifed Check.

Buyer is responsible for removal of items. We do not provide moving assistance.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours.  Weekend pickups may be available upon request.

It is understood and agreed that the Winning Bidder is: 1) Not an employee of the Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services 2) The Winning Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services, and all if its officers, agents and employees of and from any and all liability for damages for injury to person and property, including death, and against and from all suits and actions and all costs, damages and changes of whatsoever kind and nature, including attorneys’ fees to which Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services may be put for or on account of any injury or alleged injury to person, including death, or property, resulting from the performance of Winning Bidder operations under this Contract, or by or in consequence of any neglect or omission on the part of Winning Bidder in the performance of operations under this Contract, whether such operations, or the absence thereof, be by the Winning Bidder, or anyone directly or indirectly helping the Winning Bidder. 3) Winning Bidder shall hold the Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services harmless for damages to his equipment utilized during the term of this Contract.
