Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the IRC Manager John Frederick at (814) 942-7472, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.  The Township and IRC make no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model, year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.

Bids will be accepted from Monday May 4, 2015 at 8:30 AM until Monday June 1, 2015 at 4:00 PM.  The successful bid will be awarded at the IRC Board meeting, June 23, 2015 at 4:30 PM.  Payment from the successful bidder must be received by the IRC within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid.  Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check only.  The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the IRC Composting Facility, 1860 Black Snake Road, Dysart, PA within fifteen (15) days of the awarding of the bid.

The IRC reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the IRC to be in its best interests.
