The World Cup Plyometric Power machine was designed for the athlete to integrate maximal power output training, with non-impact plyometrics, resulting in rapid increases of lateral strength. The Plyometric Power delivers rapid stretching and pre-loading of the muscles (eccentric) followed by a concentric contraction with a short amortization period. The plyometric movement becomes most effective and powerful with a short amortization period, which is the conversion from negative (eccentric) to positive (concentric) work. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services.  (Seller) makes no warranty,  guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Accepted method of payment is Certifed Check.

Buyer is responsible for removal of items. We do not provide moving assistance.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours.  Weekend pickups may be available upon request.

* will not recommend any shippers, freight forwarders, couriers or delivery services.
* will not be responsible for any shipping, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes or any other charges.
* will not supply any asset information required for customs.
* will not be responsible for preparing any documentation foreign or domestic.

Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services asks the Winning Bidder to sign the following Hold Harmless Agreement:

It is understood and agreed that the Winning Bidder is: 1) Not an employee of the Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services 2) The Winning Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services, and all if its officers, agents and employees of and from any and all liability for damages for injury to person and property, including death, and against and from all suits and actions and all costs, damages and changes of whatsoever kind and nature, including attorneys’ fees to which Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services may be put for or on account of any injury or alleged injury to person, including death, or property, resulting from the performance of Winning Bidder operations under this Contract, or by or in consequence of any neglect or omission on the part of Winning Bidder in the performance of operations under this Contract, whether such operations, or the absence thereof, be by the Winning Bidder, or anyone directly or indirectly helping the Winning Bidder. 3) Winning Bidder shall hold the Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergecy Services harmless for damages to his equipment utilized during the term of this Contract.
