Kubota comes with snow plow attachment (Kubota Model = 2020 Front Blade) and has new tires with little use on them.   

Tractor built in 1984, purchased in 2010.  Still operates however no longer being used at facility due to equipment upgrades and tractor leaks oil. 

General Bid Criteria

Brodhead Creek Regional Authority (BCRA) as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property being offered for sale.  All items are being sold on an “As is” basis with no Warrantees or Guarantees to the successful bidder.  Therefore, for your own protection, we strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect the equipment prior to placing a bid.

Please be ware that by placing a bid, you are creating a legally binding contract between the Buyer and Seller.  All equipment being offered for sale is owned by BCRA.  Inspection of equipment may occur Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm at the BCRA Office located at 410 Mill Creek Road, East Stroudsburg, PA  18301.  Payment in full and pick-up of Awarded Materials are expected no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award.  BCRA reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder if payment and pick-up are not completed within the timeline stipulated.

The successful bidder shall make payment to the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority in the form of cash, Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, or Money Order, made payable to the Brodhead Creek Regional Authority, 410 Mill Creek Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.  Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline.  The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.  Once an award is made to the successful bidder, the successful bidder shall then be responsible for removal of awarded materials within the previously stipulated timeframes.  No deliveries are available.
