Bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Solebury Township, 3092 Sugan Road, P.O. Box 139, Solebury, PA 18963. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
