Up for bid is a 1990's utility 3/4 ton, single axle, cargo utility trailer. The trailer does have some rust/body rot with paint coming off.
The trailer was army surplus purchased by the township and is no longer in service.
The trailer is being sold AS-IS, no warranties either expressed or implied.
The trailer can be inspected at any time, as it is in the parking lot of the police station which is not gated.
The item must be picked up within 14 days of township board approval or bidder forfeits the trailer and no refund shall be issued.
The Township Board of Supervisors reserve the right ot reject any and all bids submitted, however upon approval, payment shall be due within 2 days of acceptance.
The voting will occur on 9/17/15 at the regular schedule BOS meeting.
