The Borough of Freedom implies no warranty, express or otherwise on this vehicle and is sold as is. Sealed bids will be accepted for the sale of this vehicle until 3:00 PM on Oct 5, 2015 in addition to online auction. A bid bond is not required and the Borough of Freedom reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Bids will be opened at the Regular Council Meeting on Oct 14, 2015 at 6:00PM.
