The Borough of Glen Rockk's (NJ) Police Department is retiring a Dodge Dakota Sport Pickup Truck.  This vehcile is a manual transmission, has 165,089 miles, with a dark gray interior.

Bids will be accepted until Thursday, October 15th at 10:00am.  The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any possible defects in the bids.  THe Buyer is responsible  for the removal of the property.  The Borough of Glen Rock, NJ will not provide moving assistance.

The Borough of Glen Rock, NJ (Seller) makes no warranties, guaranties, or respresentation of any kind (expressed or implied) as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.  The Buyer is not entitiled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

DESCRIBTION WARRANTY:  Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered fror sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to the removal of the property.  If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money already paid.  Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
