Vehicles are advertised for sale in an "as is/where is" condition and may be inspected at the Borough of West Chester Department of Public Works, 205 Lacey Street, West Chester, PA 19382 (phone# 610-696-5282) during our regular business hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Successful bidder agrees to purchase the vehicle(s) with cash or certified check within ten (10) days of the bid award notice (After sale is approved by council on 10-21-15). Buyer responsible for any title/tag transfer fees.
