Equipment is sold in "as is" condition. Questions regarding this equipment may be made to Barry Sherman at 717-249-4409 between the hours of 0700 and 1530 hrs Monday thru Friday. The equipment may be viewed at 350 N. Middlesex Rd Carlisle, Pa. 17013 during those same hours. Bids will be accepted from Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 1500 hrs until February 28, 2017 at 1530 hrs. The successful bid will be awarded at the Middlesex Township meeting on March 1, 2017 at 1900 hrs. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Middlesex Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by Cash, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order. The successful bidder must pick up the equipment at the Middlesex Township buldling within fifteen (15) daysof the awarding of the bid. Middlesex Towship reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
