Equipment is solde in "as is" condition. Questions regarding this equipment may be made to Barry Sherman at 717-249-4409 between the hours of 0700 and 1530 hrs Monday thru Friday. The equipment may be viewed at 350 N. Middlesex Road Carlisle, Pa. 17013 during those same hours. Bids will be accepted from Friday October 16, 2015 at 0800 hrs until November 18, 2015 at 1620 hrs. The successful bid will be awarded at teh Middlesex Township meeting on November 26, 2015 at 0750 hrs. Payment from the successful bidder rmust be received by Middlesex Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by Cash, Certified Check, Cashiers check or Money order. The successful bidder must pick up the equipment at the Middlesex Township building within fifteen (15) days of the awarding of the bid. Middlesex Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
