Honda Odyssey Minivan

The Borugh of Glen Rock's (NJ) Police Department is retiring a Honda Odyssey Minivan an which is in good working order and condition.  This minivan has 233,644 miles and is eqipped with power windows, locks, and tan interior.

Bids will be accepted until Thursday, October 15th at 9:30am.  The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any possible defects in the bids.  The Buyer is responsible for the removal of the property.  The Borough of Glen Rock, NJ will not provide moving assistance.

GUARANTY WAIVER:  The property is offered for sale, "AS IS, WHERE IS."  The Borough of Glen Rock, NJ (Seller) makes no warranties, guaranties, or representation of any kind (expressed or implied) as to the merchantabilitiy or fitness for any purpose of they property offered for sale.  The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY:  Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description.  Any claim for misdescription must be made to removal of the property.  If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the descrition, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.  Upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
