The spreader is made of 304 stainless steel, dump body mount with ratchet straps. 6" side extensions, #2 roller chain conveyor. 304 S/S inverted 'v' shield. top mount direct drive spinner. 10' carbon steel screens. Grease tubes extended to rear of the spreader. The spreader is operated by hydraulics. The spreader also has a Reed System for pre-wetting salt but there is no in-cab controller with the spreader because it is left in the truck it was mounted to. There is also two 80 gallon saddle tanks that come with the spreader. The spreader has been well maintained and was in working order when it was removed from the truck. This piece of equipment is scheduled to be awarded at the Board of Supervisor's meeting on November 16, 2015. However, the Board reserves the right to reject the bids at their discretion. The buyer will be purchasing this piece of equipment AS-IS and the Township of Pine accepts no responsibilty for the piece of equipment after the sale.
