Truck being sold on an "As Is' basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due at time of pickup. The successful bidder shall make payment to Canton Borough in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check or money order made payable to Canton Borough, 4 North Center Street, Canton, PA 17724. Successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Borough reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice.
Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up truck. Delivery is not available. Borough not responsible for truck once it has left Borough property. Truck can be picked up at the Borough garage located at 75 Park Place, Canton, PA 17724.
