Vehicle starts and runs with a jump; steering is stiff and binds while rotating, exhaust has leak at one of the engine manifolds, radio display not working but radio works, A/C system blows cold but may have small leak. vehicle has severe rust in the rocker areas below doors, some rust throughout vehicle and frame. vehicle comes with two keys.
