The successful bidder shall be responsible for removing the vehicle from Price Township property.
The vehicle is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.
Price Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or cancel the sale if deemed to be in the Township's best interest.
Payment shall be made by certified check or cashier's check. Personal checks and credit cards will not be accepted.
The successful bidder is responsible for all title transfer, registration, taxes, transportation, and any other costs associated with the purchase.
Inspection of the vehicle is encouraged and may be scheduled by contacting the Price Township Municipal Office during normal business hours.
