All Items are 'AS is', Bensalem Twp School District (BTSD) retains the right to reject any and all bids, or accept or reject any part of a bid deemed to be in the best interest of the BTSD
Bid results will be presented to the school board. If approved by the School board this month, they are available right away once titles and transfers can be completed. If the bids received don't meet the asking price the District has established, they could be re-listed.
All vehicles must have Title transferred before leaving our yard due to insurance issues. Titles are signed and available at time of payment but must be re-titled at a local Notary of Tags service, not included in the transaction.
