Separate heat controls for each section allow you to simultaneously roast items at different temperatures.
For added convenience, each oven comes standard with a removable intermediate shelf.

To provide flexibility and consistent heating, tubular burner elements located above and below the roast section can achieve temperatures between 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit.
Requires a 208V, 60hz 3 phase electrical connection.

Buyer is buying as is and was in working order when removed to replace with new item.
