Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

A: Owed and title in City of South Amboy's name. It was an impound vehicle that was used by the Police department. I do not know of any maintenance records. The date on our title is 01/30/2020 and mileage reported at that time was 132,725
