Q: Just putting it out there an answered question,it has typical jeep rust? Jeeps are noted for the frames to be rotted out.

A: Windows are fully up.
Q: What was the last year it was registered/on the road?
A: Could very well have current registration but was taken out of service when oil pressure issue was noticed.

A: Was always in Police Fleet. Maybe some off duty jobs and parking enforcement
