Wisconsin air-cooled 4 cylinder engine

The item was used as a back-up power unit in a Gorman Rupp wastewater pump station.  The model number is VH4D6.  The unit has 13.6 hours on the Hobbs meter.  The unit has not been run in over 20 years, but the crankshaft turns freely.  The unit is missing its coil, distributor cap, and heat shield plenum on its right cylinder bank.  Uncertain if any other external parts are missing.  The unit was set up for and powered by propane when it was in service.  Engine rating 30 HP @ 2400 RPM. 107 cu in. displacement

The successful bidder will obtain the item within two weeks of notification by the Authority.  If the item is not obtained by the deadline it will be considered rejected and will be retained by the Authority.
