NOTE, UNITS LISTED IN THIS AUCTION EVENT HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE DUE TO POSSIBLE AGE, CONDITION, MECHANICAL DEFECTS AND OR CORROSION AND ARE OFFERED FOR PUBLIC AUCTION “AS IS & WHERE IS” FOR PARTS, REPAIR, OR SCRAP WITH NO GUARRANTEES AND OR WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ALL UNITS WILL REQUIRE TRANSPORT BY TOW OR FLATBED OFF OF THE LOT.
THE POSTED UNITS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION DURING TWO (2) INSPECTION EVENTS IN WHICH POTENTIAL BIDDERS SHOULD EVALUATE THE ASSETS PRIOR TO BIDDING (DETAILS BELOW). NO ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUAL AUCTION INFORMATION WILL BE ADDED TO THIS NOTICE.

IMPORTANT: Interested parties are strongly encouraged to perform an in-person inspection and to make their own determinations regarding the unit’s condition, function, features, and accessories prior to bidding.
The Town reserves the right to cancel or end auctions early if in the best interests of the town.
Winning bidders are required to make payment, complete the bill of sale process, and remove the unit from town property within (14) fourteen days of the auctions close. Removal of the unit must be without any assistance from the town beyond our providing access.
The undersigned certifies under penalties of perjury that this bid or proposal has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As used in this certification, the word "person" shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club, or other organization, entity, or group of individuals.

A: You would need to contact the oem for that data
Q: What does the Prenoth need ? Rusty at all ? Interior condition?
A: to prevent possible misinterpretations in our verbally describing a unit we suggest that you inspect the vehicle in person and make your own determinations prior to bidding.
Q: what other equipment comes with it?
A: Just the V plow
Q: What are the known issues with this machine? Did run and operate as normal when it was last parked? When did it last start?
A: It drove to the auction site during the past few weeks. I suggest you inspect the unit if interested
