This roller has an air cooled 2 cylinder Deutz German diesel engine. It also is hydrostatic chain drive (see pic). Runs and operates as it should. It has a rear vibratory drum. Brakes a little weak, could use some work. The hours are unknown due to the meter not working. This roller is sold as is where is with no implied warranty or guarantees.
Q: What is the length, width, and height to the highest point ( looks like the top of steering wheel from pictures)
A: The length is 9 foot 10 inches. The width overall is 51 inches. (including the side steps to get up on it.) And the height to the top of the steering wheel is 6 foot 4 inches. The front roller is 34 inches wide, and the rear roller is 41 inches wide.
Q: Could You tell me the roller model number or the weight of the machine and also what the engine model number is.
A: It is a 1985 model according to Groff tractor, and the model # is R-247. I'll get the engine model number tomorrow and post it. Thanks. sorry the plate has been painted over by someone else and i can't read the number.
