This lifting system is an ARI-HETRA Brand lifting system utilizing up to 6 columns rated at 15,000 lbs. lifting capacity each. The system is powered by electricity from 208- 480 VAC 3-phase. The power source component can be moved to any of the columns if multiple locations are needed. The columns were purchased new in 2000 and have been inspected every year (current year inspection is due). Each column incorporates elevator-type safety locks.
The lifting mechanism is a ball-screw type driven by electric motor. The columns are cabled to provide synchronized movement when linked together and can be used in any quantity you require. A cabled remote is included. Each columns contains a pallet-jack type lift for rolling them from place to place. These are wide carriage columns (27" at base) and can lift wheeled loaders, large fire apparatus, and class 8 trucks. Reducer sleeves are included for lifting smaller pickup trucks and cars.
In addition, a forklift, lifting package (side frame lift) comes with these columns for additional capabilities.
The columns have serviced us well and were taken out of service due to purchase of a replacement system.
