The item can be inspected at the Hellam Township Public Works building Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM by appointment. Call (717) 434-1300 to schedule an appointment.
The winning bidder must submit payment to Hellam Township within three days of close of the auction. Acceptable methods of payment are certified check or cash. The winning bidder must remove the item within 10 days of close of the auction. A storage fee of $25.00 per day will assessed for every day the item is stored past 10 days. The item is bought “AS IS” and has no implied warranties. Hellam Township Board of Supervisor’s reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
