Q: Equipment will AWD
Awaiting the seller's answer.
Q: Invoice pictured is for an E350 -- not for 2014 Police Interceptor. Ford Warranty History shows -- Kovatch Ford: PTU replaced @ 29.7k miles in 12/2015; Water Pump failed, new long block & water pump installed @ 53.7 miles in 5/2017; Bank 2 Catalytic Converter replaced @ 64.5k miles in 2/2018; Rottet Motors: PTU-to-transmission seals replaced due to major transmission fluid leakage @ 86.2k miles in 7/2020. In connection to Rottet's repair, history mentions transmission replaced "couple months back" by Kovatch Ford. Tamaqua's Fleet Powertrain warranty expired 1/2019, so this transmission replacement is not documented, while failed seals were documented and replaced by Rottet Motors under Parts & Service warranty. Good Luck to All!

Q: Has the water pump been changed?
A: I think it might have been but not 100% sure. I can look into it I think it was done by the ford dealer under warranty
Q: are there any known issues?
A: not that I'm aware of but I always recommend in person inspection
