Listed for bid AIRCRAFT PARTS; HARDWARE; AVIONICS AND ACCESSORIES *LOT*; Reading Regional Airport Authority recently took over two businesses on the airfield. The hardware and parts listed are from the previous tenant. RRAA does not know the history, therefore it is being sold 'as is'. Summary of items: Hardware/Parts stock room (all items within the four walls of the parts room are sold with the lot); Cessna and Piper aircraft parts; Avionics stock; tires; hoses; Fox GPU; MISC. This sale lot is extensive with too many parts to be listed out. See photos for details. Items will be available for inspection during normal business hours.

All items sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Reading Regional Airport Authority (RRAA) expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality of and performance of the items of property is with the bidder. RRAA strongly recommends bidders inspect items prior to bidding. In no case will failure to inspect constitute grounds for the withdrawal of a bid. Bidders attending during the exhibition, inspection, sale or removal of items assume all risks of injury, damage or loss to persons and/or property and specifically release RRAA from liability therefrom. RRAA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with titles, transfers and licensing and removal of items, if applicable. The winning bidder will be notified within three (3) days of the award of bid by the Reading Regional Airport Authority representative. 

Upon bidding bidders release RRAA and its officers, employees and agents from and against any and all losses, costs, (including but not limited to, litigation and settlement costs and counsel fees and expenses), claims, suits, actions, damages, liability, expenses, occasioned wholly or impart by bidder's act or omission or negligence or fault or the act or omission or negligence or fault of the bidder's agents, subcontractors, independent contractors, supplies, employees, or servants in connection with participation in the RRAA online property sale and any other activities governed by these terms and conditions, including but not limited to, those in connection with loss of life, bodily injury, personal injury, damage to property, contamination or adverse effects on the environment, intentional acts, failure to pay such any subcontractors and supplies, or any breach of these terms and conditions.
