These items have been used and/or stored in a public library and retired due to renovation and/or disuse; they are being sold in "as is" condition and there are no warranties expressed or implied. The winning bidder will be expected to provide payment by bank-certified check or money order at the time of pickup and will assume all responsibility for disassembling, loading and removing the items from the premises. These items are not stored at the library, but staff will be available at the pickup location from 4:00-6:00 pm on Thursday 9/5 or 9:00-11:00 am on Friday 9/6. If the winning bidder is unable to pick up the item during one of those times, they will have seven (7) business days to make contact with the seller to arrange an alternate pickup time. If contact is not made and/or the items are not picked up by Wednesday 9/11/24, the winning bidder will forfeit the items.
