This item is available for inspection at the Borough of Pottstown municipal building located at 100 E. High St., Pottstown, Pa. 19464 between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

 Bids will be received until 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 5, 2016.

ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE SOLD “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. Bids will be reviewed by the Borough of Pottstown Council. The bid will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder. The Borough of Pottstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as it deems in the best interest of the Borough. Approval of sale will be made by the Borough Council of Pottstown at its January 11, 2016 meeting.

Winning bidder will be notified by mail. Upon notification of accepted bid, funds must be remitted, with a cashier’s check, certified check or money order.

Full payment must be received by the Borough of Pottstown within five business days of notice of award.

All items must be removed from Borough property within five business days of receipt of payment.

All transfer fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
