Q: Does the mower start and run? If so, how long has it been running? Does it need any repairs or maintenance?
A: The mower starts and runs, but it hasn’t been used in a while. We start it a couple of times a year. Other than that it’s been kept indoors. Yes, it should be gone over, but it’s all there.
