Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the close of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified check, Bank check or Wire transfer. Checks shall be made payable to: Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority. Note: Approved insurance certificate is required before an item can be removed from the MCMUA's property. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. A certificate of insurance, which meets these requirements along with the Hold Harmless Agreement, will need to be provided prior to removal of the item.
